• Barnahus Tartu, Estonia opened on 26 September 2018. This is the second service in Estonia, which was a pilot country in PROMISE 1 and a partner in PROMISE 2.
• Childhood Haus Leipzig, Germany opened on 27 September 2018. This is the first service to launch in Germany, which was a pilot country in PROMISE 1 and a partner in PROMISE 2.  
• The Lighthouse, London, England opened on 1 October 2018. This is the first service to launch in the UK, which was a pilot country in PROMISE 1.
