The General Assembly of the Network has adopted amendments that are technical in nature, in order to clarify:

• The consultative role of associate members, and that certain associate members may be invited to special roles on specific pieces of work. See section 4.3 b on page 6 >
• The distinction between what kinds of organizations may be a sponsor vs an observer. See section 4.4 on page 6 >
• The conditions for financial or in-kind contributions from sponsors vs observers. See section 4.4 on page 6 >
