The articles of this comprehensive law cover, for example: the principles of comprehensive treatment; personal data, databases and storage; tasks of the children’s house; bodies of the children’s house, including oversight and advisory councils; supervision; conditions for treatment in the children’s house; application of the criminal procedure; and specifications about the procedures for interviews of children, physical examination, crisis and psychosocial support, training and participation.
